Forest Bathing/Shinrin Yoku Walk with Ephemeral Art

We'll slow our pace with the shorter daylight and discover how the land will greet us in the quiet light before sunset. Unwind into the beauty of mixed forest, meadow, aspen and evergreen on a hidden ridge at 10,000' in magnificent Mueller. Quiet the busy mind, open the senses and deepen our relationship with the natural world, ourselves and for many, with the Creator. Perhaps we'll create an ephemeral art gift to leave Mother Earth as she prepares for winter? We'll close with forest tea.1+ mile.

Ages 12 and up welcome. Dress for changing weather, bring small backpack and water. Offered at no charge with park admission ($10 per car) as a gift to the community. Donations requested to The Friends of Mueller State Park
