All walks listed here are open to the public and follow a sequence described on these links. Most cover 1 mile or less with invitations to connect closely with nature, ending with a forest tea ceremony. Please contact us to plan a private walk for yourself or your group.

Forest Bathing Walks
at Mueller State Park, Divide, CO

Enjoy the quiet and wonder of a 1 mile winter wander on a secluded ridge at this breathtaking park. Unplug, unwind and reconnect with yourself, others and the more-than-human world as the forest welcomes us in surprising ways. Ages 12 and up welcome. Limited to 10 people. Offered at no charge as a gift to the community. Donations requested to The Friends of Mueller State Park. $9 State Park fee per car.
