What Is Forest Bathing?: Resources

All walks listed here are open to the public and follow a sequence described on these links. Most cover 1 mile or less with invitations to connect closely with nature, ending with a forest tea ceremony. Please contact us to plan a private walk for yourself or your group.

Enjoy slow time immersing in the wonder & healing nature offers. Unplug and unwind at one of the state's most magnificent parks with creative invitations to quiet the busy mind, open the senses and connect closely with yourself, others and the land. We close with tea brewed from local plants. Bring sit pad, backpack for hands free, water, snacks & dress for the weather.

Recommended ages 12  & up.  â€‹

Offered free of charge with park admission ($10 per car) as a gift to the community. Donations requested to

just past Garden of the Gods Trading Post.​

Slow your pace & immerse your senses in a quiet space of juniper, pine & ancient rocks in the Garden of the Gods, the ancestral homeland of the Ute & other indigenous people. Unplug and deepen your connection with yourself & the natural world with joy, wonder & curiosity on this mindful 1.4 mile hike, closing with a forest tea ceremony.

Ages 12 & up welcome. $10 per person. Maximum 10 guests.
