What Is Forest Bathing?: Resources

All walks listed here are open to the public and follow a sequence described on these links. Most cover 1 mile or less with invitations to connect closely with nature, ending with a forest tea ceremony. Please contact us to plan a private walk for yourself or your group.

Forest Bathing Walks
at Mueller State Park, Divide, CO

Park admission $10 per car

Forest Bathing/Shinrin Yoku Walk

Enjoy slow time in the beauty of autumn in mixed forest, meadow, aspen and evergreen on a hidden ridge in magnificent Mueller. Quiet the busy mind, open the senses and deepen our relationship with the natural world, ourselves and for many,with the Creator. Perhaps we'll create an ephemeral art gift for mother earth? We'll close with forest tea.   1+ mile.

For all Mueller walks: Ages 12 and up welcome. Dress for changing weather, bring small backpack and water. Offered at no charge with park admission ($10 per car) as a gift to the community. Donations requested to The Friends of Mueller State Park

Let your thoughts quiet and invite your senses to awaken among the piñon & juniper tucked into one of the quieter spaces of ancient rocks in the Garden of the Gods, the ancestral lhomeland of the Ute people. Unplug and immerse in joy, wonder & healing of this mindful, easy wander.

1+ mile on gravel trails. Ages 12 & up welcome. $10 per person. Maximum 10 guests.
